At PEG, we understand the importance of actively managing employee compensation and the amount of time this process can take an organization. We are committed to implementing Oracle solutions that enable you to plan compensation more effectively and efficiently.
Oracle Compensation Workbench utilizes the total compensation data processing model within the HCM E-Business suite. This provides flexibility to enforce compensation policies and to ensure such policies are administered consistently during periodic reviews. Examples of such compensation rewards include:
- Salary Increases
- Bonuses
- Stock Options
Phil Chapman is the Associate Partner that leads the Compensation and Benefits practice at PEG Consulting. Phil has over 10 years of Oracle HCM experience. He spent the first 6 years as a product manager for Oracle Advanced Benefits and Compensation Workbench in Oracle’s HCM Development group.
As a consultant, Phil has directed numerous global Compensation Workbench implementations and is a pioneer in developing the ‘Rapid Implementation’ methodology for Compensation Workbench.
Depending upon the complexity of your compensation offering, this method usually has the following schedule:
Day 1 and 2: Requirements Discussion, and Custom Training Preparation
Day 3 and 4: Training in client environment (you setup your own CWB solution)
Day 5: CRP1 serves as a proof of concept for your users
After week 1, you are approximately 70-80% implemented and ready to complete the remaining AIM implementation phases.
