Phil Chapman is the Associate Partner that leads the Compensation and Benefits practice at PEG. Phil has over 10 years of Oracle HCM experience. He spent the first 6 years as a product manager for Oracle Advanced Benefits and Compensation Workbench in Oracle’s HCM Development group.
